Adam’s Awakening
Description
The two paintings “Lilith’s Legacy” and “Adam’s Awakening” explore sensuality, intimacy, and nudity as the pure essence of life — free from shame, guilt, and religious condemnation. Inspired by the figures of Lilith and Adam, the paintings reinterpret the traditional story of Adam and Eve: the human body is not portrayed as sinful, but as a symbol of truth, freedom, and spiritual connection.
Lilith’s Legacy embodies the untamed and independent force of the feminine. She represents self-determination, desire, and the understanding that true freedom begins with embracing one’s own nature.
Adam’s Awakening captures the moment of realization. The awakening to the idea that sensuality and intimacy are not weaknesses, but essential parts of human existence. Shame dissolves into awareness, and desire becomes spirituality.
Together, the works form a dialogue about liberation, surrender, and the unity of body and soul.
