The Faces painting series is dedicated entirely to the expressive power of the human face. Through the deliberate tension between precise form and bold brushwork, a space emerges in which the viewer’s imagination is free to roam. The subject’s expression conveys a sensual, profound aura.

Faces Pt. 9 shows a woman looking directly at the viewer – calm, penetrating, intimate. It is the same figure as in Faces Pt. 8, yet her gaze seems to have changed. Between closeness and distance, a quiet dialogue unfolds – one that resonates far beyond the canvas.
